Can I Pay in installments? 

Yes. Either contact me directly to make arrangements and deliver your painting when the instalments are complete, or you’re welcome to use PayPal Buy now and pay later with Pay in 3 

How long will my delivery take?

I aim to send out your painting to you within 48 hours of your order. We use priority services for delivery so you should receive your painting within 2 days in the UK. Overseas deliveries take a little longer.

Will my painting be framed?

Most paintings are framed but some are not. Please refer to the description on the individual piece to see whether your painting is framed. All paintings are ready to hang when sent.

How will my painting be wrapped?

Paintings are carefully wrapped using corner protection, lots of bubble wrap and cardboard. I make sure it is well protected for transport.

Do you do special commissions?

I generally do not take on more than one or two commissions a year, but please do get in touch to chat with me if you like my artwork, on

How is my payment processed?

My website uses shopify for processing payments. Shopify payments accept all major cards. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, meeting all 6 categories of PCI standards. Your information is always safe and secure.

Can I collect my painting from your studio?

Yes you can. This will come up as an option when you check out. I will then contact you to arrange a time for collection.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. If your address is within 15 miles of my studio in Chippenham, Wiltshire, you will see an option for free local delivery when you check out.

Will my artwork be insured for delivery?

Yes. The cost of shipping includes coverage for loss or damage in transit. Please ensure that you notify me within 48 hours of delivery if there is any damage.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled at anytime prior to being sent. Within the UK, you may cancel or return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the refund does not include postage costs, and the cost of returning the item will be incurred by the customer. We cannot offer refunds or returns for paintings sent internationally.

Images of my paintings are as accurate as can be, and every care has been taken to ensure they reflect the true colours and sizes. The images you see online may have slight colour variations depending on the device you are viewing it on. Any variation between the image represented and the actual painting is not deemed a fault.
